Welcome to the Neighborhood!

We enthusiastically welcome new residents to the neighborhood! Each new neighbor receives a warm visit from a neighbor who bears a welcoming packet of neighborhood information and gifts. The packet explains the many aspects of our community, and area businesses and residents donate gifts. If you are a new resident and have not received a packet, please contact us by voice mail (214-967-5081) or e-mail the welcoming committee chairperson at the email listed on our Officers page.

Our community makes every effort to "connect" with residents. A weekly e-mail bulletin is sent directly to your home computer, which details our Dallas Police Department crime report for our neighborhood and brings us up-to-date concerning the latest neighborhood news. We try to develop and maintain a "sense of community" which includes and involves everyone. Neighborhood meetings and projects are good ways to get to know your neighbors. We have two area-wide meetings each year (May and November) and a fun, outdoor National Night Out gathering in the heat of August. And we like to know your pets, as well. If you have pets, register them free of charge with our neighborhood Petwatch program by following the instructions on our Petwatch page.

We stand ready to assist newcomers in any way possible and invite you to participate with us in all aspects of our great neighborhood!
